Some of our customers prefer to receive their trees packed onto pallets. To accomplish this, trees are selected and fed via conveyer to a palletizing crew. Trees are stacked into a palletizing machine then gently compressed and wrapped to form a cube. The completed pallet exits the machine and then is moved by a fork lift to a storage area. As trucks arrive, the trees are quickly loaded, secured, and ready for transport. The entire process from cutting to loading onto a truck can take less than a day.
